Have you ever wondered why the greatest “all time terrorist” in the history of terrorism: an Egyptian Muslim with a Roman Catholic French wife- Yasser Arafat of the PLO was never arrested…

Even after December 1987 when President Ronald Reagan signed into law the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1987. The act unequivocally called the PLO — an umbrella group for several violent entities — a “terrorist organization“.

“It shall be unlawful if the purpose be to further the interests of the
Palestine Liberation Organization or any of its constitutent groups, any
successor to any of those, or any agents thereof, on or after the
effective date of this title–
(1) to receive anything of value expect information material from the
PLO or any of its constituent groups, any successor thereto, or any
agents thereof;
(2) to expend funds from the PLO or any of its constitutent groups, any
successor thereto, or any agents thereof; or
(3) notwithstanding any provision of law to the contratry, to establish
or maintain an office, headquarters, premisis, or other facilities or
establishments within the jurisdiction of the United States at the
behest or direction of, or with funds provided by the Palestine
Liberation Organization or any of its constitutent groups, any successor
to any of those, or any agents thereof.” (Pub. L. 100–204, title X, § 1003, Dec. 22, 1987, 101 Stat. 1407.)

Do you not find it interesting that what the Congress and President Reagan stated in law about Yasser Arafat and the PLO being one of the greatest terrorist organization; future U.S. presidents would seek to undo — circumventing the act by issuing waivers allowing for the maintaining of a PLO mission in the United States and for the American funding of the PLO. Every six months, beginning in 1994, U.S. Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama issued such waivers.

How is it that both President George W. Bush, and President Barack Obama agree on supporting the PLO terrorist organization and dividing up the capital of Jerusalem…both acts we are told in our bible would curse a nation !

“There should be an end to the occupation that began in 1967… Achieving an agreement will require painful political concessions by both sides. While territory is an issue for both parties to decide, I believe that any peace agreement between them will require mutually agreed adjustments to the armistice lines of 1949” President George W. “Bush waives law forbidding U.S. aid to PLO

“WASHINGTON (CNN) — President Bush Tuesday waived for six months a law that forbids U.S. aid from flowing to the Palestine Liberation Organization because it engages in acts of terrorism.

But for the first time in his presidency, Bush warned the Palestinians that future waivers are not “automatic” and told Congress he would grant future waivers only if the Palestinians moved aggressively to stop terrorist attacks in Israel.

This was the third waiver Bush has granted the PLO, a move the keeps U.S. aid flowing and allows the PLO to maintain offices in the nation’s capital.” CNN, Bush waives law forbidding U.S. aid to PLO, April 17, 2002

“We believe the borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states.” President Obama May 19, 2011

The PLO/PA representation’s status has been upgraded by Obama’s government and its flag can now be flown in Washington, D.C., Arutz Sheva, 7/23/2010

“President Barack Obama signed a waiver Thursday that will allow the Palestinian Liberation Organization to retain its office in Washington, D.C.

A law passed in 1987 barred the operation of such an office, but legislation has permitted presidents to waive the requirement for six months at a time. President Bill Clinton allowed the PLO mission to open in 1994, and presidential waivers have been regularly issued ever since.

“I hereby determine and certify that it is important to the national security interests of the United States to waive” the restriction, Obama wrote in the determination sent Thursday to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

The waiver was released at about the same time that Obama was having a Passover Seder at the White House with friends and members of his staff.

The $83.4 billion supplemental spending bill Obama sent to Congress Thursday contains $800 million “to support the Palestinian people, strengthen the Palestinian Authority and provide humanitarian assistance for the crisis in Gaza,” a statement from the Office of Management and Budget said.” Obama signs PLO office waiver, POLITICO, 4/09/09

“We believe that through good-faith negotiations the parties can mutually agree on an outcome which ends the conflict and reconciles the Palestinian goal of an independent and viable state based on the 1967 lines, with agreed swaps, and the Israeli goal of a Jewish state with secure and recognized borders that reflect subsequent developments and meet Israeli security requirements,” Hillary Clinton said in 2009 after Netanyahu announced a partial settlement freeze.
